North Anston Pharmacy (Avicenna Partner)

My first experience with North Anston Pharmacy and I was very pleased with the service delivered. I had contacted the GP earlier in the day for a suspected UTI and with no appointments available they referred me to two pharmacists in Kiveton. These pharmacists were unable to help on that particular day due to no pharmacist on shift and unable to access the system respectively. Upon the third referral to North Anston Pharmacy, I travelled to the pharmacy and the Pharmacy Manager (David i believe), who was very empathetic and understanding was able to see me that day and go through a consultation in order to be able to prescribe me antibiotics for the UTI. As it was a Friday I was very please to have this sorted prior to the weekend, as it was very painful, but has since cleared up. Many thanks for the great service!

Very nice and friendly staff that will do anything to help. Great service and great value for money. North Anston really relies on this pharmacy and would have to travel to the next village if it wasn't there. Fantastic

Yet another unhelpful visit! I've often been asked to pick up meds for disabled neighbour. I've found opening punctuality to be poor, service slow and customer relations pretty poor. I don't know if I'm being overly critical, but I don't seem to get this poor service elsewhere.

My daughter has just been to get her epilepsy medication, the same medication she has been collecting from this pharmacy for the past 11 years only to be told "we're having trouble getting it go somewhere else!" Off we traipse to Dinnington who promptly ordered it without complication whatsoever! Absolutely disgusting how she's been unceremoniously dumped and abandoned!!!!!! The service in this place has always been the worst I have ever encountered but you go because its convenient, but I promise you I will NEVER GO TO THIS COWBOY ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN!!!!! I don't care if I have to drive to the other side of Sheffield!!!!!!!!!!!!

Phoned for advice on medication but was interrupted before I had finished explaining . I was told sorry but they couldnt help unless I knew exact name of medication I wanted.That wasnt why I was phoning.!!!!!
