Anston Post Office

Queuing to send a parcel at 1128 to be told 2 minutes later that they close at 1130 said I’d been in q since 1128 and was rudely told so what we are closed now would have given no stars if possible

I went to the North Anston Post Office on a Saturday to return a parcel. I entered at premise at 11.32 am with the parcel in hand to be rudely greeted by a member of staff who said the post office closed at 11.30am. I replied that both google and the post office website mentions that the post office is open until 12 noon on Saturdays...to which the member of staff abruptly replied that facebook is the most appropriate place to check opening times. I would recommend that if this is the case that the post office does infact close at 11.30am on Saturdays that Google and the Post Office website are updated accordingly. Not everyone utilises Facebook and I would have not thought that that was the most reliable source of information

Really friendly team that work here I've never had a bad experience Have a great selection of different products and of course a post office with good hours They recently gotten a drinks machine in as well as milkshake and cake station which are really nice Great prices and always having deals Parking outside as well which is a bonus The owner is called Andy and he's a really great guy and will look after you

This is now a Morrisons Daily shop with Post Office and double size it was. Very nice inside,larger stock, excellent staff.

Not bad Andy knows what he is doing and maintains the customer service professional
