The Groom Room Bradford Idle

Woof woof woof woof, woof woof, woof woof woof!! I will translate! My dog Haworth says he loves coming to the groom room it excites him very much, he thinks the staff take very good care of him and he looks forward to coming again! Thank you Groom Room.

Excellent customer service today. The Enterprise 5 store didn't have the dog crate we needed but the store assistant checked local stores and ensured it was put aside for us. This store assistant has been very helpful and knowledgeable on multiple occasions when visiting the store! Much appreciated!

Just witnessed a staff member at Groom for room at five Lane ends chatting away on her mobile phone whilst attempting to groom a small nervous dog at the same time between 12.30pm and 1pm today (I am aware of the breed of dog but don't want to distress the owners), there was also another member of staff in the room. The 'groomer' was oblivious to me watching her for about five minutes (I was below in pets at home) not once did I see them stroke the dog or look to be paying the scared dog any attention, she noticed me watching and carried on with her telephone conversation only when I continued to watch her did she then quickly end the call and show the dog some attention, whilst smiling down at me. I also noticed that she left the dog on the table to go and speak to the other staff member. I have emailed groom for room head office to inform them but felt really upset for the poor dog I'd be so mad if this was my dog being treated this way.

It's the 1st time we have brought Bella to the Groom room Idle and I have to say i am very happy with the way she has come away today. She feels amazing and smells lovely. Staff were lovely and will definatly been taking Bella back to you guys. Thanks once again

Absolutely fabulous my dog Cairo comes back looking stunning, so soft and smelling amazing the staff are friendly and very welcoming would highly recommend
