Fellside Cottage, Appletreewick

My wife, our three dogs and myself all enjoyed our two week stay. The peace and relaxation was exactly what we needed. The location was ideal for great walks and contact with nature. The cottage had pretty much all we needed for our stay. Of course the real statement of proof is that we have already booked our return next year. Thanks to the true service we experienced from the owners.

What a delightful and cosy cottage perfect for a holiday in the Yorkshire dales. Very well equipped with large oven and full hob + dishwasher. Good bathroom. Well proportioned bedrooms. Pleasant gardens front and back. It is up a private lane with good parking and well set back from the village road so very quiet. Lovely village with 2 pubs. All in, a great base for the area.

Since we discovered this very comfortable and well equipped cottage in 2015 we have been returning every year. It is set back from the road and is in an ideal location for easy river walks to Burnsall, Linton, Grassington or Bolton Abbey and more strenuous trips to Trollers Gill. Relax in the gardens, conservatory or by the log burner in the living room. The Craven arms along the road is dog friendly and welcoming and serves good pub food.

What a wonderful peaceful home from home! Enjoyed a very comfortable 2 days here. Roaring fire and lovely decor. Everything we needed plus local pubs just a few minutes walk away. A great base to explore Yorkshire from!

Fellside is a delightful cottage with greater views on all sides. The log stove is a treat and the owners supplied plenty of logs and coal. We've walked from the door along the Dale's way to Grassington. Our dog has also enjoyed the garden, as well as relaxing by the fire.
