Elmfield House Bed & Breakfast and Holiday Cottage

A real home from home off the main road and deep in the countryside. Definitely aids restful sleep. The bedroom overlooks a horse field and further views of countryside- its lovely. There is ample toilet rolls in the bathroom which is great, because some other places only leave one, but not here ! The living area has sofas at one end and a dining table at the other with open plan kitchen to one side. All beautifully clean and kitchen had kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer top, plenty of crockery, glasses etc. Sufficient pans for the hob and cookware for the oven. Everything had been thought of for their guests. Pleasant and friendly hosts.

We stayed in the lodge which was lovely. There were cakes and fresh plums on arrival and Kirsty,the owner, was very welcoming and readily on hand if we needed anything. The lodge was beautifully equipped with everything we could possibly need and we felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. I really can't fault anything here it was perfect for us. If I had to find a fault it was that the bed was so comfortable we ended up getting up late most days.

Kirsty was an amazing host. Took us in last minute due to storm arwen and greeted us with a warm welcome, tea and cake. Absolutely beautiful b&b, felt like home. Kirsty was wonderful with the kids with board games on offer. Fantastic breakfast as well!! Absolutely wonderful. We'll be back next time we travel that way. Thank you!! X

Had a great new years get away here. The owners are so nice and friendly and even brought down some toys for my 3 year old son. We stayed in the lodge which was spacious. 1 bed room but big kitchen and lounge. Toilets were all good and shower was ok. They even have some sheep onsite which are up for being pet-ed.

I have just stayed at Elmfield House with my Daughter and her 4 children aged from 15 years to 8 months old. What a lovely place to stay perfect, Kirsty was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble. If you get a chance, book in for a stay , I highly recommend it.
