Visited a few times and the food is always fantastic, we prefer to sit in and eat and have been served by Donna on a number of occasions - you couldn’t ask for a friendlier face or a nicer person to take your order! She is truly a credit to the restaurant and team and went out of her way when told about a gluten intolerance (telling us about a gluten free vinegar and then getting us a bottle from the co-op - thank you so so much again!) and repeatedly checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything as well as for a quick chat! We will continue to visit here for the service, the food and the overall family friendly experience!
Unbelievable customer service by Donna, lovely to speak to and very welcoming. You have a very valuable member of staff there. Will definitely come again- food was also brilliant. Usually go to the other mother Hubbard’s in Bradford but just because of the customer service I think this is my now go to place for a fish and chippy.
Lovely food and bright comfortable dining area. The serving staff were friendly and helpful. We had fish and chips with a pot of tea. The food was well cooked and tasty.
Visited with my family and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and incredibly fresh, but the highlight was the service. Our server, Donna, was absolutely amazing—she was so attentive and went above and beyond to engage with our children. She is a massive credit to the team; we’ll definitely be back!
Great food and a warm, cosy atmosphere. The real highlight was Donna — absolutely exceptional service! Super friendly, chatty, and respectful, and she took amazing care of us. She genuinely made the experience. Would 100% come back just to be served by Donna again.
