My preferred place to park when walking over Baildon Moor. Slightly further off the more and lower elevation than the main car park, but easier to access and more likely to find an easy space Good views of the Trig from the car park and nice walk along the crag edge, or further over the moor.
I recently purchased a new DSLR camera so wanted to get some pictures of the Heather. Lovely place. Bit of climb up the hill to get a better picture. Free car park.
Good hard standing car park for about 40 cars No other amenities are available Plenty of paths throughout the area to explore
Lovely views from this car park. Can go for a little walk around as well. We usually get some food from the chippy near by and park here and have a little picnic. They were 4 bins to put your rubbish in. The car park seems to have been repaired and there were no potholes that were there on our previous visit.
Decent free carpark. Handy for walking on the moorland. Plenty of big bins here. Also has a trig point just outside the carpark!
