An honest, considerate dealership! Dan, Richard and Johnny provided me with a great service throughout the process of my deal. They gave the car an MOT at very short notice and had it valeted to a great standard. Upon arrival I was greeted and allowed to look over the car for as long as I wanted, no pressure to view quickly and proceed with the sale. Once I was content with the car’s condition, I was given the keys and allowed to go for an unaccompanied test drive - very rare these days! After I had taken the car for a good drive, I viewed the car’s extensive history at my leisure, again no time pressure. Once I was 100% happy, Dan took my payment, assisted me in taxing the car and transferring ownership, then I was on my way. My big takeaway - This dealership is a small, family-run operation, with genuine customer care at its roots; something you wouldn’t get at a larger main dealer. No matter the price of your purchase, you will be treated with equal consideration (they generally stock cars >£10k, I bought one for £2.5k). Well done to the team at Hollins Hill.
