Real fast response and service. Our technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. He left everything clean and tidy and communicated well before, during and on completion of the job. Walked me through the app and the wall unit. All round very pleased. They were not the cheapest around but I truly believe you get what you pay for. Worth every penny.

Purchased a home EV charger through WY Electrics. Price for unit and install was no more expensive than going through Octopus directly and they were able fit us in before Christmas. Really helpful and honest, charger was installed great with no issues and process was extremely smooth. Good overall experience would recommend.

Jamie was so helpful when it came to deciding which charger and where to place the changer, he was easy to contact and replied to messages in prompt time.
