I have used Tom for a few years now and I point blank will not go anywhere else. He’s very honest and will not rip you off like some garages. I always recommend Tom to friends/locals and they aren’t disappointed either. Thanks Tom, keep up the hard work ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First appointment. Had a radiator problem, fixed it for me, very friendly, no trouble. Went back as I thought it was a good service, had the car checked for over heating, couldn't diagnose it. To be fair the guy had come back from holiday, was a bit busy, so I said I'd bring it back later. So 2 week ago I rang up, said the problem is undiagnosable as it has been checked by 2 people now n therefore I'm going to take my own action and assume its a dodgy thermostat, so I asked them to book it in for a replacement and asked a price, to which they said they would get back to us about a price. The day before the appointment I've rung to make sure we are booked in, to which we got told we are not and they are not willing to take the job on as he has MOT's. Would not book us in for future but could only direct us to another mechanic.Well thank you very much as my car will be off the road another 2 weeks now as a result and will be lucky to survive its time off the road.Good mechanic but poor organisation, could have just let me to 2 week ago so I could book it elsewhere.

I bought an Audi A5 Convertible off Paolo in June 2020, I meant to leave a review at the time but I got trampled by my horse and then completely forgot about. Paolo was brilliant to deal with, even allowing us to buy and take the car on the same we viewed it, saving another 150 mile round trip. Paolo really came into his own eight months later, when the convertible hood stopped working and the warranty company declined the claim. I had specifically asked if the hood was covered prior to buying the warranty, Paolo had rang the warranty company and got confirmation it was, so I bought the warranty. When the repair was declined under the warranty I rang Paolo to make him aware, purely so he wouldn't sell the same warranty with any other convertibles. Good old Paolo "hit the ground running". He'd had other issues with the warranty company (after selling the warranty) and no longer uses them. Because of this, he chased the warranty company for me, after several back/forward emails/phone calls, the warranty company accepted the claim. What else could you ask of a company, especially since it was over eight months after the purchase. I really appreciate his assistance and can't recommend Paolo enough.

I used Baildon Motors for the first time earlier in the week for a service and an MOT. The staff were very friendly and the charges very reasonable. I will definitely be using them in the future.
