I was quoted £32 for a hair cut and then charged £38 with no explanation despite the price list saying £32. Whilst the customer service was pleasant I asked for long layers in my hair - I was left with short layers above my ears. The haircut was decent but definitely worth the price as not what I asked for

Great all age attraction. Make sure you stay to the very end of the day. The big cats are especially active later on. Toilets kept very clean and well stocked. Great range of food outlets. Reasonably priced

Went there just because I was lazy and couldn’t be bothered to wash my own hair. The girl that did my blow dry was amazing thank you again sorry I can’t remember your name. Definitely recommend x

Really good hairdressers. Very safe environment in these difficult times. Fabulous hairdressers. Always feel better when I have had my hair done there.
