I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback following my recent visit yesterday, as I believe in being honest and respectful in all my interactions. During my appointment, I noticed a clear shift in tone and atmosphere which left me feeling quite uncomfortable. When I gently asked if everything was okay, I was told I was the problem and asked to leave. I was shocked and deeply hurt by this response, especially as I’ve always aimed to be a loyal and respectful client. I recognise that feedback—whether positive or constructive—can sometimes be challenging to receive. However, I have always tried to be fair, offering genuine praise when I’m happy and honest feedback when something doesn’t quite feel right. I do so respectfully, and always with the intention of supporting the professionals I work with. Being asked to leave without explanation or opportunity for a conversation has left me feeling completely blindsided. If there was a longer-term issue, I would have appreciated the chance to understand and address it constructively. I wish no ill will, but I did want to be honest about how the situation made me feel. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit it’s intended—in honesty and reflection, not confrontation. I truly hope you get the support you need at this moment.
