Absolutely fantastic. Over the moon that I have hot water again!!! When my boiler packed in, I was in turmoil as anybody would be. I didn’t know who to call so I reached out on Facebook in my area. I was recommended JSR Installations from about 95% of people. As soon as I called them (rather upset) I was immediately put at ease. James obviously could sense my anxiety and assured me he would get to me as an emergency. Rest assured he came faster than an ambulance! He quickly diagnosed the issue. The boiler was older than my grandmother. The boiler was replaced and issue now resolved!! I cannot thank James (JSR installations) enough !! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone!!
Very friendly gas engineer. Went out of his way to install our gad boiler. I would recommend him.
