The staff in this shop are wonderful! I normally go in every week for clothes but I needed a new washer. They have loads and the staff in there were really helpful showing me the specs of them and where the information was for each one. She also answered my technical questions too about a dryer!! So knowledgeable. Thank you so much
Staff would do well to check electronic toys work before being sold. Bought a child's toy but when I got home found the old batteries had been left in and had leaked meaning connections damaged and new batteries did not work. Feel bad going back to a charity shop to complain but equally it's a waste of my money paying for something that doesn't work
Disappointing item, toy didn’t work straight in the bin. Please check your products before selling them and wasting customer time Awful customer service too. Offhandish and rude decided not to bother visiting going forward
I used to like this charity shop but now I choose not to use it. I donated some things and the person didn't want a Sega mega drive as it had no box. Sorry I thought you were a charity not Argos. Also I saw the mark up on a vacuum cleaner I donated, it was a good branded one, they marked it up for £50. I couldn't believe it as I purchased it 3 years prior and it was cheaper brand new on sale. Disgusting. I believed that charity shops were for less fortunate people but it is just a money making scam for the big bosses. Some of the volunteers are rude and need a wash.
Recently got a great amount of goodies! High quality branded clothes with affordable pricing! Thank you. Very happy to have more fancy clothes. :))
