Just arrived in Bainbridge for our holidays and on the Sunday the Alternator packed up! I popped in Monday morning to see if they could help and they accepted straight away. From that point on I can't fault how helpful/quick they were, they had the old one out in no time and as soon as the new one was delivered it was fitted and we could get back to enjoying our holiday. Proper service from a proper garage. If they weren't 260 miles away I'd use them all the time 💯
Had a cracked wheel rim that needed replacing by Mercedes! These guys were so friendly and helpful, they dropped everything to accommodate us and although they couldn’t fix the issue, without their help in diagnosing the problem we would have been ######! Thank you so much, can’t recommend them enough for customer service. If we lived locally which unfortunately we don’t I would use them regularly.
I was concerned that there was something wrong with my car so popped over to the garage and they kindly checked it over for me and I was reassured that it was ok. I was delighted with the professional attitude.
