We stayed for one night during our Inn’s Way hike. It is a lovely building right on the edge of the Main Street. Room was quite compact, but very clean and bathroom was a comfortable size. There was a small fridge in the room that held milk for breakfast and it did make a whirring noise all night. The breakfast was just a packaged croissant or small packaged cereal and we expected this as a 15 pound p/p optional breakfast was offered at the Middle House restaurant down the road. Based on the cost vs. Other places we stayed breakfast included would have seemed right. Otherwise a clean room and warm welcome.
Lovely two room apartment. Bijoux bathroom but everything you need. Firm bed. Cook your own breakfast, everything you could want... bacon really good😋
Fabulous B&B! Clean, well equipped room and bathroom. Such a lovely comfy bed. We booked room 2 which is room only, but were provided with plentiful tea and coffee along with croissants, yogurts, Alpen and proper milk which was a treat. Jo even organised her garage so we could park our motorbikes in there, now that is service! There are a couple of pubs within easy walking distance so great location. Thanks Jo & Bernie 10/10
Mum and I really enjoyed our stay at Milton House B&B. The room was so lovely and had everything you needed. The air fryer was excellent and cooked the sausages and bacon perfectly! Jo was lovely and very welcoming. Would definitely come again!
Stayed at Milton House (1 bed studio apartment) Askrigg for my partners birthday. Deluxe hamper, enough for our breakfast for 2 days and sandwiches for our walks. Jo even made us a home made quiche, delicious. Lovely walks right on the doorstep. Easy off street parking. 3 pubs/restaurants to eat out. Would definitely recommend this beautifully place.
