The location is lovely. The room is OK. The breakfast is lovely with a selection of fruit, cereal and full English. The only place to eat in the evening is the Pub/Hotel which serves food from 6PM till about 8pm. I would stay here again as a bass camp for the area. 👍
Excellent host. She was attentive and went above and beyond withe dietary requirements. The breakfast was lovely, it set you up for the day. There was lots of variety. The place is very homily. Facilities are great there was a tv, kettle, blow dryer. Spare blankets. coffee and tea. I could not ask for more. I would highly recommend.
I haven't stayed at your establishment but watched 4 in a bed. U were a great host & as a guest too. Did feel sorry for u when Cathy made fun off ur language, that was awful. But u handled everything well. U also marked everyone fairly as u checked the toilets under the rims in all the competitors establishments, Cathy's was the worst. U appreciated everyone's accommodation & took criticism positively which proves u want ur b&b to be successful. I wld luv to stay at your establishment but ur rooms r not to my taste, so sorry. I like large spacious rooms due to my disability & OCD. Otherwise well done & good luck.

Not worth a star !! Absolutely laughable, my Nan has more modern decor, looks like the place is stuck in the 60’s. Host is rude and toxic and I personally feel she shouldn’t be allowed to be involved in hospitality. Dirty and old paint on walls, need a major update. NOT WORTH £70-75 a night more like £25-30 at a push. Better places close by with more Morden, brighter decorand better lest toxic hosts. I did not stay but friends have and this is what I’ve been told.
