We are so grateful for the prompt help that my daughter (who was in a lot of pain) received from Pippa. Thanks to both Pippa and Zoe on reception for organising to see her so swiftly 🙏 you are such an amazing team.

I had a slight chip on a front tooth which needed filling, I was worried about having a filling on a front tooth however Jeni reassured me what she would do with the tooth and she did and absolutely excellent job in making it look as natural as it was before. I am so pleased and it’s made me feel smile confident again! Thank you Jeni I highly recommend you and would return for further dental work when/if required!

I had a filling done by Jeni Naylor and becca today and Jeni made me feel really comfortable. I have anxiety and scared of going to the dentist, but she was really lovely and talked to me and kept me distracted. She did a really good job. Thank you

Whilst on holiday my daughter realised that she hadn't brought her elastic bands for her braces with her. We called into the practice on the off-chance that we may be able to get replacements. The reception staff were extremely helpful & welcoming introducing us to the Practice Manager. After discussion with the Practice Manager and a phone call to our Dentist, she was able to identify and supply the appropriate bands. She sourced them from another branch & personally brought them over for us to collect the next day. We are extremely grateful to the Practice Manager and the staff at the Cottage Dental practice for their assistance.

Always a friendly welcome from the reception team, have attended the practice for many years and always receive a high standard of care. The dentist really puts me at ease by providing timely and efficient check ups.
