It's a pay and display car park, so you need to pay that on top of the £££ for charging 😥 and there's a 1h max time on the charger. And you need to know your AC/DC 😅 AC = type 2, DC = Fast charging. I charged using the Electroverse card.
Terrible charger! Used type 2 charger. It was very slow and we didn't know there is a max charge time of 60min so we were charged an extra £10 on top of the charging cost. Disgraceful, watch out for hidden charges and small print from GeniePoint!
Very slow charger and no assistance to rectify. Pointless
Unable to charge tried several times using the app, these seems to be a regular issue with Genie charging points. Not impressed at all
