6 of us played footgolf. Such a laugh! Well maintained course. We had a coffee and cake afterwards. All of us commented how lovely the coffee was and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
My sister & I took our football loving boys to play foot golf. They loved it, lots of laughter, & we enjoyed walking round with them, watching them play, & enjoying the scenery. Nice refreshments in the cafe afterwards, & although we just had drinks & chocolate treats, the food on the menu was a very reasonable price. All the staff we saw were extremely friendly & also the people around playing golf. A fab afternoon, absolutely recommend!
This is a great site to play. The par 3 is a lovely introduction with fabulous views. The greens on the par 3 got a bit attacked over the winter by rabbits and birds, but they've worked hard to sort them out and it's back to it's usual standard. It's also true that the course drains very quickly - we've not had an issue yet.
Great little 9 hole golf course with some really good holes and great views. Fantastic under foot considering all the rain recently. Ball wasn't really plugging that much. Greens and fairways in great condition for this very wet year we've had upto now. Facilities are great there's a driving range. A really good 9 hole par3 course and a good cafe with pro shop. Great value for money £22 to play 18 holes . Food was great too a decent menu at fair prices . The 9 hole golf course has 2 par 3s and 1 par 5. For a par of 35. There aren't different tee's or greens for you if you go round twice. But some of the holes are great big dog legs. Not an easy course. I'll be going back. Well worth visit. Good for a day trip. Also has football golf if you're into that I didn't look at this so can't really comment.
Came across this while out walking in the area. Stopped off for a drink and sat outside in the sunshine 🌞 and stunning views. Members and staff very friendly and made us feel so welcome. Prices very reasonable and we hope to visit again 🙂
