Country and western bar situated on the Victorian arcade! I absolutely love this place, I would say my favourite bar in Barnsley town. This venue is American country themed and have smashed it with the decor. Downstairs is all wooden with pictures and LED lights on each wall making it bright when needed and also the possibility to make it darker as the night progresses and the locals attempt of line dancing starts to happen ;) The country club caters for everyone as there is a small ramp into the building meaning all wheelchair users or people with disabilities can enter without any issues. There isn’t a disabled toilet here however The door supervisors here have a good relationship with the Irish bar who happily let disabled customers use their disabled toilet. There is plenty of seating here, benches all down one side with tables and stools and even more stools and ledges through out the building. The is a decent size bar with plenty of selection to suit all and the bar staff are always on hand to help. Toilets are situated upstairs and are the cleanest and most modern toilets in Barnsley. Music is played from behind the bar on an iPad allowing for customers to ask for requests when suitable, sometimes it gets a little busy and you may have to wait for a requested song but it will still be played when available too. All in all this bar is taking off and is one you should not miss on your pub crawls. Brilliant staff, brilliant security and all round brilliant venue!
Absolutely love coming here on a night out. Me and a friend went on Friday and what really stood out was the service. Megan and Georgina behind the bar were absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, professional, and made everyone feel welcome. They were quick with service and always had a smile, even when it was busy. A real credit to the place! Will definitely be back again soon.
Millie and Jess were the best, they played all my requests at the bar and had a laugh with us whilst we spent our time here. Will definitely be back again, the security team were brilliant too! Jacob and Lewis I think they were called! Thanks again for an unforgettable time!👍🏻
