Never tasted a sandwich like it Absolutely beautiful food well done girls 10/10
Ordered food this morning only 3 items come from a £30 order, missing £15 of my order. Called up to ask if there’s anything they can do, the staff’s response was “there’s nothing I can do” with an attitude and then put the phone down without trying to resolve the problem. Do not recommend. Very rude.
Ordered a Bakewell slice and there was mould on the bottom of the cake.
Lady on phone very rude. If you’re going to have someone been the voice of your business it needs to be someone with respect and patience. Needs a lesson on how to speak to people, definitely people who in the long run are using the service and paying your wage. The food was actually nice, I enjoyed it but customer service was appalling. Will not be recommending. Very rude.
