Second time I have been served the wrong drink (au peach) first time I had opened the can and spoke yo manager as he was arguing he couldn't change as had been opened. Second time tonight new year's eve it was unopened and he refused to change so had to buy the correct one! This is out of order 😒 jack the "manager"
Updating my last review, because since leaving it; I have had negative comments left on my work page from Jerome, (one of the door staff). Despite never having involvement with this person since bringing up my complaint with him. As well as this, they've been using my contact phone number & email address to make enquiries at car dealerships etc! They were clearly upset with my review regarding lack of hand washing/drying facilities, and deemed it appropriate to react in a revengeful way. I have been in touch with them and informed them that I'll be notifying the police if these calls/texts continue. I suggest some training/lessons in customer service. Overall would not recommend after this shocking experience.
Can I tell you a secret it smell of poo! Was nearly sick I did infact tell the member of staff before leaving and the door man
bouncers make girls feel very uncomfortable, definitely ruined the night
