Very tasty and well prepped food. It is well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The quality is very high and the food is fresh. Highly recommending it.
The food is absolutely beautiful here. I've been a regular for almost 3 years and the quality has always been perfect and fresh. My favourite is the Chicken Shawarma. It's a nice big portion and very flavourful. My go to spot in Barnsley
Was looking forward to visiting, it was supposed to be a nice weekend treat and I haven't found a nice place for shawarma in Barnsley so wanted to try this. Verdict: stingy portions and very expensive for what we got - this can be forgiven if the food was good but it was actually disgusting. The meat tasted very off, the chips were very oily and the sauces tasted like they have been shop bought not home made. Extremely disappointing and will not be visiting again.
Absolutely insane food here! Was looking everywhere for something different to eat in Sheffield and came across Meze. The staff and atmosphere were really warm and friendly! I would highly recommend as I’ve been back 4 times now. Lots of seating space and options on the menu. I go back and get something different everytime!
Before we ordered, we asked the chef if he could make a couple of adjustments to our dishes and he happily agreed - a promising start! We were not disappointed. I had a chicken shish kebab with salad and it was absolutely delicious! Plenty of chicken chunks all cooked perfectly, served with a fresh, crisp salad and a lovely turkish yogurt dip (cacik). OH had a tasty, vegan, aubergine dish which he too said was delicious. We will definitely be heading here again whenever we visit the Glassworks and can whole heartedly recommend 👌
