We've been regular takeaway customers since Purple Mango opened, and it's by far the best Indian in Barnsley! Always delivered quickly and hot, and the food is delicious. We've also dined in at the restaurant which is lovely, too. Staff are so friendly and attentive, and they even went above and beyond recently and invited us in to the kitchen to get involved in cooking our meals as a birthday treat! It was a great experience, and dining in was lovely! We can't recommend this place enough, Ibby and the team are amazing!
Really great food at Purple Mango. Everything we ordered was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. You can tell a lot of care goes into the dishes. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. Definitely one of the better Indian restaurants I’ve tried. I’d happily come back.
we have just eaten here this evening for the first time and are both really impressed with everything this restaurant had to offer. The food was fantastic with really generous portions sizes , everything cooked to perfection. The staff were all very friendly , kind and attentive. it is really well priced and we will almost certainly eat there in the future. thank you everyone at The Purple Mango 5 stars .
Called in early on the chance that it would be open and luckily for us it was. I've got to say the whole experience was fantastic. The food was plentiful and tasted so good . The staff were so welcoming and thankful throughout. The prices were very competitive against other curry places. This is probably one of the best curry houses in Barnsley. We will definitely call again. Thank you to the staff and the chefs. Brilliant
Ordered a takeaway tonight for New Year’s Eve with the family and the food was absolutely fantastic! Did a pre order around 4pm to be delivered at 6.30pm was bang on time, delivery driver was nice and friendly. I don’t usually leave reviews for food but I couldn’t not, this place is definitely a hidden gem! Food was exceptional. 100/10!
