Food was absolutely rubbish definitely wouldn't visit again. When I spoke to staff about how bad it was they didn't even apologise about it. Pizza place across the road was 10x better
Been my go to Chinese takeaway for about 15 years. Does the best hot n sour soup around. Never had any problems.
Food isn't bad. We go on a semi-regular basis. However, the service is shocking. Turned up, gave me the incorrect order. Clearly someone else's. Went back, gave them the chance to correct it. Still missed items of our order. A cynical person might infer that they were 'missing ' items to improve a profit margin. A good customer of 15 years. Sick of being ripped off. Last time
We ordered £30 worth of food to takeaway. When we unpacked everything at home, the salad and hoisin sauce was missing from the duck dish. They had tryed replacing the sauce with sweet n sour which didn't really match the dish well. Really disappointed overall.
Always cancel order when we use justeat+ as they want you to pay for delivery.
