This is the first time I tried Honey 🍯 Burger , seriously this taste burger ever I had. Surprisingly we get the family menu this is really special.
Waited 45 mins and paid £20 to receive half friend chips with hair on them and frozen fish burger refriend full of oil as seen in the image attached.
Ordered a Mango lasse they did not have the ingredients in so a woman went to the supermarket. Leaving us waiting 20 minutes and she still wasn't back. We ended up getting a milkshake instead of what we ordered and she didn't ask if we would rather have a milkshake instead she just gave us one . The woman was very apologetic but still you don't leave people waiting that long for a drink. We were the only customers as well
Took over an hour to be delivered. Double ‘smash’ burgers weren’t smash burgers at all but pre-made frozen, chewy and tasteless burgers. Chips weren’t cooked, white, soggy, tasteless and completely cold. Chicken wings were pre-cooked and reheated and soggy. The boxes that the food came in had a strong smell almost like paint. Everything was barely warm. Won’t order again, waste of money. Even if this food was hot it would still be poor. This restaurant won’t last without massive changes.
Went in out of curiosity, simple menu allows you to pick fast and not overthink. Been waiting a while for my noodle soup but been informed in time by the staff that all is done to order and it takes longer. The soup itself- hot, spicy, warming up, delicious! Noodles were tender, vegetables crunchy, and chicken was full of flavour. Sometimes heat prevents you from recognising other flavours, but not here! I will be ordering again 😁
