I ordered a hot shot pizza tonight and asked for a chilli base I’m 45 years old and I need to say it’s the best pizza I have ever had will definitely be getting it again
Ordered a calzone pizza and requested no mushrooms as I cannot eat them, delivered with mushrooms, called the take away and will not do anything about it SHOCKING SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
Kebab meat and chips, collection offer for £4.5 happy days! It's a bargain, and the food is very tasty and good! I'm definitely coming back for more!
Can't speak for food. Comment more about ability to get and keep business. Called there just before 5pm and told not open but would take 20 mins for everything to warm up anyway before could start cooking. Seems they lost an order for sake of being ready to serve at their advertised opening time!
Have used Heavenly for years. Never had a complaint in food or service. Any issues I've had, they have dealt with it straight away. They have taken on new drivers who managed to go to the wrong address and they called me to come outside when they weren't there. When I called the driver back the attitude of the driver was shocking as if it was my fault. And the way the food was handled was worse. By the time he pulled the pizza box out of the bag vertically, my pizza looked more like a calzone. Sorry Heavenly, but they are doing you and your reputation no favours.
