I have parked in here in the past and been okay, but took my son to nova city next door, looked all over for times you need to pay and it isn't displayed anywhere. I even asked the security bloke and he didnt have a clue. I put 2 hours on the pay machine which took it to 6.30pm, thought I would be okay, was a little late out and today a parking ticket arrived. Not happy, why not just display the parking hours so people are fully aware.
Absolutely no signs to tell you it closes at 10pm, despite gym being 24 hour!! And once it closes, you're locked in overnight. No way to contact anyone. Ridiculous
Opening hours say from 8am Sunday. I got there at 0840 and it definitely wasn't. Really annoying when I've just joined the gym and went for an early morning session
Very insecure and no clear signing, make sure you park in the right place or you'll be given a parking charge for not having gym membership
There are no warning signs that the car park is closed at 10pm. As a result my car was locked in. Returned to collect it but there is no information about whether I need to pay any additional parking charge or how to do it. The telephone numbers I found online do not work and the website offers no help. There are signs warning of a £100 penalty for underpayment and I can’t help wondering if that is why they don’t post hours, provide any information and can’t be contacted.
