Do NOT park here, just find somewhere else close by. Especially in the evening. I’d been using this car park for years until they lost my respect. They value shady fines over repeat customer loyalty and must have no business sense. I paid my parking fee at the machine on site before exiting - the machine asks you to confirm whether your entry time is correct and it was, so I clicked confirm and paid whatever amount the machine said I owe. I later received a letter for a £100 fine which goes down to £60 if you pay within 2 weeks. They claimed I didn’t pay ENOUGH for my duration but the machine calculates what you owe based on your entry time and my entry time was correct. I appealed the fine and provided evidence of course since I DID pay and somehow they decided to reject it anyway, so don’t park here. There’s definitely something shady going on.
Same issue as many people here have already experienced, it asks for payment on Exit and tells you how much you owe. Received a letter with the fine, appealed showing payment, just to be rejected for apparently not paying enough. Now doing another appeal, but I will NOT be using this car park again in the future, avoid at all costs
Paid for my parking as I always do. Received a £60 fine. Disputed fine with proof of bank statement, they said it was insufficient evidence and I hadn’t paid enough even thought the machine auto-populates the price and was CORRECT when I paid! Avoid at all costs!
Proof of payment from the machine and bank transfer. Received a £60 parking fine… appealed obviously no luck! SCAMMING COMPANY AGAIN! Don’t park here!
We have the proof of payment, bank transfer, and photos. After a week, we received a fine for not having complied with the payment… It seems like a joke, one that wastes our time and causes stress. This isn’t the first time; I’m not the only one subjected to similar treatment… Go to work, there’s room for everyone 😡
