TaxAssist, most recently Jack, have been invaluable to me during my time as a private landlord. I would highly recommend them, and thank them sincerely for all the help they have given me over the past few years.

Totally unprofessional, didn’t deliver on timescales agreed, communication poor and lied about tech issues when they hadn’t completed basics such as setting up agent permission. Company accounts delivered 6 weeks late meaning I had to renew my mortgage with my current provider on a less competitive rate. Worst bit was when I submitted a complaint I was just ignored and they must have stopped working on my account, I only realised while on holiday that they hadn’t provided details of my VAT return as agreed, even though several team members and the practice lead were contacted. I had to myself in the late evening of the due date.
