Would like to thank Debbie and the rest of the staff at the Barnsley branch, for their excellent service in sorting out all the issues I have had over the years and giving me advice when required whilst being a Leeds customer. I've always managed to be able to talk over the phone without being in a qué and sort out my finances with them unlike like other banks / building societys, and every time the staff have been helpful and polite. Well done and thanks 👍
Been into Leeds Building Society Barnsley this week. I would like to complement a young lady called Gemma who delt with our business very professionally.
Opening hours are ridiculous. If you work you have no chance of being able to get into branch - closed on a weekend and weekdays open at 9.30 and close at 4.45 - so open after most people start work, and close before most people finish work. Transfers take a day to go through and most of the time you are on hold over half an hour
