After setting up an account for my daughter online I went into the branch to show ID. The girl behind the counter with blonde hair, who's name i sadly didn't catch was very lovely and helpful not only on the phone but in person. She made my experience very easy and pleasant. 😊👍

This is a great building society. The service is amazing and they cannot help you enough. Summertime 2023 the company gave back to the people who bank with them and received £100 in to their accounts which is unique because other banks and societies do not do that either. I fully endorse this building society

Absolutely worst company to deal with. Had to set the account up talking to a TV for 90 minutes. The problems over the time we’ve been with them are too numerous to list so we decided to switch. Try as I may they will not close the account. I cannot for the life of me get them to stop a direct debit even though I did an account switch. (The company tell me to cancel it with the bank). All I get is you’ll have to wait a month because there’s a charge due. This is a charge for the unpaid direct debit!! And guess what? Every month I get the charge refunded.
