My son has been here a few times and hasn't had a problem until today. He's returned home unhappy that he had powder added and his hair messed up (when he had said no to both) as he thought something was off, he's gone and washed his hair and well its a right mess. His shave is patchy, his fringe is wonky and is cut away from his sides making it look like he's got a receding hair line (He's 14/15) the top is just chopped in place's and doesn't make sense. He's not happy at all and wants to shave it off now. He won't be going back...
