In 30 years of driving, I have never experienced such excellent customer service as is offered by Albano Correia at Cars2 MG in Barnsley. He was honest and attentive to my needs. I didn't once feel pressurised into making a purchase decision. Albano went above and beyond my expectations, which enabled me to make an informed choice regarding which vehicle to purchase, and the options for selling my part-ex. Albano is incredibly charming, and a 'people-person'. As a customer, you can't help but warm to him. I collected my new car just 5 days ago, and I am delighted with her. The spec is fantastic - MG vehicles offer excellent value for money - but the after-care is even better. I have experienced a relatively minor technology glitch with respect to Android Auto. I visited the dealership this morning (without an appintment) and Albano was immediately able to identify and correct the issue. Where else would I get customer service like this? Albano has always gone above and beyond my expectations. But it's not just Albano; the whole team have been brilliant. I've met and spoken to both showroom managers Scott & Simon, and other salesmen such as Ricky Lee and Gabriele. They are all approachable and put the customer first. I am confident that both me and my MG will be well looked after over the next 3 years.
