Bought a transit custom from Charlie around two weeks ago & I have to say for a second hand van it is absolutely faultless and very clean for the year, From first seeing the van online the van was on my drive within 48 hours. Very easy to deal with nothing was an issue & thanks for picking me up from the train station Charlie. This is Tony by the way & thanks again.

1st impressions last ! I travelled to Barnsley from Scotland with a 1 way ticket late November 2024 presented with a 15K van (Inc vat) described as mint sitting outside in the rain a quick inspection ( it was pitch dark and raining bad timing and luck ) i then turned on the ignition fresh air fuel in the tank barely enough to get me to the petrol station really disappointing after giving them 15k and travelling so far 30 seconds later on my way to top up fuel i have my 1st problem which charlie never had the decency to tell me about the van drove well home to Scotland 2 days later i have my next problem “check brake system” and “hill start assist not available “ on trip computer turned out to be a low battery which needed replaced after working nightshift all week i hand washed my new van to find a multitude of sins horrific quality of silicon on the front spoiler rear sticker on door on squint side stickers in different positions horrendous quality in taping off to paint the rear bumper a good few dings on the 2 back doors which i never seen in darkness with rain sitting on the van a few weeks later oil pressure issues a new wet belt was required ( 1k ) you’ll get a warranty with your purchase which charlie relies on with any queries “the warranty company will fix it” but it’s a basic warranty and the company are really difficult to deal with my van is stunning from distance on closer inspection very poor workmanship all round I’m really disappointed with Charlie and Elite motors they sold me a van with a few issues and never had the decency to tell me about them and in my opinion Charlie is not really interested with any of your issues it’s your van now they are your problems you do not treat customers like that im afraid do not make the same mistakes i made do your homework go see your next purchase give it a long going over take it for a test drive i will never give this company another penny in my lifetime Elite you are joking this company needs to up there game big time to be called Elite they are way way off that title nice looking vans until you get up close and the after sales is shocking in my opinion there are better vans out there although dearer than Elite you get what you pay for I’m afraid Edited 1k wet belt the warranty company approved then gave me £390 3 months later i had made numerous phone calls and emails sent over months i know how difficult they were to deal with not you was advised to take my van to Ford to diagnose trip computer faults £600 all in was told by Elite they could give me £100 for a new battery then all went quiet don’t sell your vans with issues and you wont get bad reviews it’s that simple I’ve been honest with everything above Elite and the companies you use up your game it’s simply not good enough

Outstanding service! I saw these guys vans on there website and the one I wanted had unfortunately gone already but I called them anyway and spoke to Charlie who informed me he would build me one how I wanted it. He kept me in the loop throughout the build and I went to collect my new van and was amazed how good it was! Very good, fast and efficient. Brilliant service once again when its time for a new one I won't be going anywhere else!!!
