The team at Lowerdale autos from first stepping into the forecourt, were extremely friendly and helpful. Buying a vehicle was a seamless process, excellent customer service, friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Paul ensured everything was sorted from choosing the vehicle to collection. The after sales customer service is also worth a mention, nothing too much trouble always on hand to help and support. I highly recommend Lowerdale Autos. Thank you Paul for all your help throughout the process of buying my daughter’s first car.
Visited Sunday morning looking for a replacement car. Paul was on the forecourt and made us feel very welcome and he was very helpful. No pressure to purchase and gave us helpful information. Will definitely be back as he is searching for us the vehicle we are looking for. Highly recommended.

I test drove a vehicle that was advertised as "certified pre-owned," but when I got it home, I noticed the brakes were making a strange noise. I called the dealership, and they just shrugged it off, saying they couldn’t do anything. Of course, after having my money... Ended up getting it checked at another shop, I found out it had major brake issues — something that should’ve been addressed before they sold it. TERRIBLE experience, would not recommend buying a car from these guys.. I am now left going through my financial lender to get my money back.
