Excellent choice! Perfect for a long trip to Scotland! I am extremely satisfied with my choice of car! It proved to be absolutely perfect for a long road trip to Scotland. The 7-seater Multivan was a fantastic decision. The comfort inside is top-notch, and the driving experience was amazing. Crucially, it was also very economical on fuel. Additionally, we paid only £400 for 4 days of rental with full insurance, which I think is a very good price. I highly recommend Enterprise Barnsley for their professional approach to customers, great rental prices, and excellent service!

Waiting for 1 hour today for them to pick me up. Already spoke to them at 11.15am in which they said they were setting off to come and get me.(Had agreed that we should meet at 11am previously!!!) Rang again at 11.40am only to be told he was on his way????? It would take about 10 mins to get from their business address to where I was. Finally at 12 noon I decided to leave and take my car too until another time. I had waited long enough and also for them to lie to me by saying he was on his way was enough for me. I will never ever use this Company again!!!!!!!! Can't stand liars!!!!!!! The guy turned up then- he said my name. I simply said don't bother- you can turn around and go back - I had been waiting an hour for them to come.

Once again another excellent experience of Enterprise. Needed a car at very short notice when mine broke down and they sorted one out very quickly, and were flexible in picking me up to collect/return, and provided a quality hire car to my requirements. Faultless as usual.

I have no negative feedback for this van rental. Booking was easy to do online. The price was great compared to any of the local van hire company's, picking up the rental was easy, the woman who delt with our case was very informative. The van was a nice smooth drive no faults 24 plate transit all boarded out. Dropping off was just as easy handed back the keys, they check over the rental and away we went. Very happy with the service.

Good service from the staff, got a Luton van with tail lift. The price was reasonable but keep in mind it's worth getting the £10 insurance cover and if there is an accident you don't pay 750 but you only pay 100 - which is basically a way of making extra money. Then you'd also need to consider if you want to pay for breakdown cover. This is just to make sure if you have a puncture or any other fault (which is unlikely as these are new models) but changing tyre is a challenge so take that into consideration it was also around 10 pounds.
