I had a very bad experience with this company, paid a fee for next day delivery and they couldn't keep the arrangement only was delivered 3days after. For that reason I've cancelled the order on the next day when i understood it wouldn't be on time. Had to return it back and paid £25, it took 2months to get only part of the refund plus several calls and emails, unprofessional and useless customer service, absolute bad and dodgy service. I advise everyone to use autodoc to get parts online, more variety, better, quicker, friendly and reliable service. If i could give a -5* review i would. What a waste of time and money.
Needed a new battery for a VW Golf on the hurry up. Ordered on line and paid for next day delivery. Battery turned up less than 24 hours after ordering. (From Barnsley to NE London). Good price, well package and excellent delivery service. Connected up and car started first time. What more can I say 5 *.

Excellent service. Originally order online then realised how local they were so phoned and arranged to pick up battery and carriage charge removed straight away. Bonus: staff in office really friendly and helpful.
