Excellent company and staff so responsive. Martin organised our long distance delivery at very short notice both professionally and without fuss. Superb service and highly recommended.
I called elite at half past one in the afternoon on Tuesday, after needing something collecting urgently from Inverness and delivering to Suffolk. The chap I spoke to said he could get it sorted for me. As you can imagine, I was sceptical that this would happen, but the parcel was collected exactly when they said it would be and the team drove through the night to ensure that we had the parcel for 7 am the next day. Absolutely Outstanding service. A huge thank you to the driver and The chap who I spoke to on the phone for sorting this for us. Absolute Lifesavers.
Had a really good experience with this courier. Prompt pick up, delivery ahead of promised time some 4 hours away, and kept informed throughout. Friendly, polite and efficient - definitely recommended and we'll be using them again.
