I cannot praise this practice enough. They always do all they can to get you seen quickly if you are in pain or in an emergency .The dentist's take time to discuss and explain and always ensure you are comfortable with any procedure before starting and during any procedure they check on your comfort and we have never felt rushed. My son has social interaction anxiety and finds it hard to hold a conversation with people outside his close family . The whole practice is very patient and respectful of this ,the dentist and dental nurse always speak to him directly and give him time to answer . The Reception staff help guide him through the appointments and signing paperwork so he feels more independent than me doing it all for him . I cannot explain how much I appreciate the way they work with us
I have used several dentists over the years, but now I use Bogdan Ghencea, at the Athersley Dental Practice, who is absolutely fantastic. He explained the treatment that I needed on one of my defective caps. Because I didn't fully understand the treatment, he drew me diagrams and explained the treatment process from start to end, which I then understood. Every appointment with this dentist has been spot on.
Great experience we have been patients here for 9 years . Very friendly Dentist makes you feel at ease . Thank you
