Hayes Croft Dental Surgery

I had my first check up appointment at Hayes Croft yesterday. All the staff were lovely. Thank you Shannon for a warm friendly welcome. Thank you Surya for the thorough check up and for explaining everything so well. Finally, thank you to nurse Ewa for chatting with me while Surya checked my x ray with the senior dentist.

Went here Friday and today I was so scared and anxious as it had been such a long time since I saw I dentist. I had to have a tooth taken out. The staff were amazing from the start on reception really welcoming and caring. The nurses and dentist were amazing too did Thier very best to keep me calm and resurer me. The talked me through what was happening gave me all the information I needed afterwards. The Dentist doctor Kenny was absolutely brilliant. And the nurse with him was also lovely talking me through it holding my hand. Can't thank them enough. Thankyou

Had appointment with Dr Kenny very good Dentist. I was scared and nervous he calmed me down and treated me with ease. Very good practice with lovely and friendly staff. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately i recentley broke a crown and lost approximately half of the tooth aswell, i contacted my usual dentist which admittedly i hadnt seen in a while and they refused to take me back. Fortunately for me i had been advised by a friend to contact Hayes Croft Dental Surgery. Wow what a difference when speaking to the receptionist and explaining my problem she booked me an appointment within a week even though i was not a client. I saw Dr Kenny i explained my problem and without hesitation he explained the best option for me including cost (has i had chosen to go as a private patient) , an extraction of the broken tooth was recommended, including x-rays, and the fitting of a new tooth to my existing denture to replace the broken tooth/crown. All this was done within the space of 48 hours, xrays, Pain free extraction and the alterations to my denture to add the new tooth. As a private patient i was obviously expecting it to be a lot more expensive than on the NHS but i was pleasantly suprised that it was only a little more expensive than the top tier NHS level. I cant thank Dr Kenny and his team enough considering i walked through their doors an unknown patient, from the first initial phone call the team were friendly and understanding of my predicament. THANK YOU ALL!!! so much i can 110% recommend Hays Croft Dental Surgery to anyone needing dental care either long or short term. I am now pleased to say i am an NHS patient at Hays Croft following Dr Kennys invite.

Had an emergency appt today with Dr Kenny. Everything from start to finish was very good .The receptionist was lovely .Very happy with the appointment. Thank you .
