Had to get seen urgently due to a hole in my tooth. Upon calling was given an appointment the very next day. The dentist Amar made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the procedure, talked me through exactly what he was doing at all times and did an absolute fantastic job, the colour match is pretty much spot on. Fabulous service all around. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

It appears that she was under considerable stress, which led her to speak condescendingly to me during a recent phone call to reschedule an appointment. I had provided an hour's notice due to an unexpected work emergency. It is important to acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise in people's lives, impacting their ability to honor appointments. In situations where a client informs you in advance that they are unable to attend an appointment, it is crucial to handle the situation with tact and professionalism. Adopting an authoritative tone, reminiscent of exerting power over others, can make clients feel inadequate. This approach essentially shames the client, creating an unpleasant experience. It is essential to consider the potential implications of such behavior, particularly for individuals who may already be dealing with significant emotional challenges, such as suicidal tendencies. The tone and behavior exhibited by your receptionist could exacerbate their distress and potentially have grave consequences. As representatives of your business, it is imperative to maintain a strong work ethic and exercise emotional control, especially when dealing with clients. It is crucial to ensure that the stress and pressures of the job do not overflow onto clients. Regrettably, due to this unfortunate interaction, I have decided to discontinue my patronage with your establishment. Brilliant dentist. Really friendly staff who made the extra effort with my small children who were feeling alittle unsure. On time and well managed. Would definitely recommend.

Initial appointment cancelled by surgery at short notice, by text message. Made another appointment, was seen an hour late. Had to keep asking staff for updates as to when I would be seen. Little explanation given by dentist during checkup.

Treatment completed quickly professionally and in a caring manner. Greeted very warmly at reception,would recommend Yorkshire Smiles as a dental practice
