I have used this excellent out of hours service more than once. After reading NHS guidance about my symptoms and ringing 111, a same day appointment was arranged. The doctors are friendly and provide in-depth advice. I am pleased that my symptoms did not need to wait until Monday. I have recommended my family to use this invaulable service.

I've been a patient at this doctor's for years and I'm suffering with major anxiety. I have trouble making appointments and ordering my script with the online portal n because it never works and sets my anxiety off I've rang today to order my script to be told that I need to use the portal. After explaining the reason I don't like to use it instead of accomodating my illness I've been told to either use it or find a closer doctors that I can get to as using public isn't an option for me either so I'm basically been forced out of a doctor's surgery I've used for over a decade because well receptionist don't seem to want to help patients. Looks like I'll be finding a new doctor's just another thing to send my anxiety through roof. Thanks for nothing BHF Lundwood

Horrendous,,!! Cancelled my medications without consultation,removed me from housebound status due to me not managing to answer the door to a random visit from a nurse,im in an upstairs room 24/7 ,takes me upwards of 10>15mins to shuffle downstairs due to back ,knee and joint pain,spoken to like dirt by reception staff and treated like im perfectly able ,questioned quizically by untrained, unknowlegable ,incompassionate,idiots who know nothing of how to treat individuls with special requirements,i can not walk at all yet now i must attend clinic for anything,,,goodbye and good ridance,worst doctors on the planet!! Avoid at all costs,you will be treated like just A,another without you even seeing anyone.

The worst experience I could imagine. To get appointment is very hard. This place could be close is not fitting for purpose. Waste of tax payers money.

Ive been using this practice now for the last 13 years , it's not always been good but it has improved , the reception team are helpful and pleasant . Karen who takes my blood is friendly and puts me at ease. But lately I've been having appointments with Dr Waheed , she listens , takes my concerns into consideration and respects my point of view . At last a doctor who I feel listens and I can trust.
