My symptoms were completely disregarded, and I was dismissed with only a leaflet. I found the level of service to be very disappointing

Never have I ever felt so disregarded. Absolutely vile man, when he decides to show up. I’ve always been incredibly patient & thankful for the NHS & know how hard it is for GPs…. This man should not be in this profession. The 3 people that were seen before me either left in tears or saying he is in a mood again today which really set the tone. Absolutely beyond me that he is still allowed to call himself a doctor. He is beyond unprofessional, sarcastic, dismissive and outright rude, wouldn’t even shut the door during our consultation so the entire practise can hear your personal problems. I will never return and would not send anyone there. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Highly disappointed ... I've called 3 times myself, and once my husband, to ask for help as my son was having some major problems. They didn't want to see him.. we went to I Heart ,and they said that we need to go back to our own GP,as they don't know how to diagnose my son,and he needs to be seen by a specialist dermatologist... they've even added in the ssystem the fact that we were sent back to our GP... still they didn't wanna see us... Desperate ,I had to have my son consulted by a doctor from another country, on a video call,because here nobody had 5 bloody minutes to look at a baby! The situation was the same when I had problems with an eye... an I ended up on emergency services with corneal ulcer...after I stayed home with this problem (that is actually a ophtalmologic emergency ) a week,because, still...5 minutes for someone's health is too much...

Always helpful and has time for you. Also you don’t have to wait three weeks for an appointment. Like other doctors.

Absolutely foul twice he’s misdiagnosed my daughter without even checking her! Twice she’s ended up in hospital gave me 3 options and had the cheek to ask what I thought!! Never again would I go to that doctor
