Been waiting years for my annual smear test! Received my letter asking me to book, called up to be told it wasn’t due & wouldn’t allow me to book (I’m higher risk so have to go annually), but they refused me. Then transferred to an out of practice place that called up several times asking if I could come in for my smear test with 20 mins notice on a Sunday! Finally got an appointment (had to wait 6 weeks) to then be called this morning & told they are off sick so I’d have to wait until the end of September. Absolutely disgraceful service. So it’s fair to say I’m switching surgery’s because health does not seem to be a priority at this one!
Unable to get an appointment to see a Dr for 3 week. Who the hell can say if they're going to be ill on 3 weeks...DISGUSTING. I'm moving to a more reliable Dr's surgery. I've given it 1 star because there isn't an option to give none.
Absolutely appauling cant get an appointment for 3weeks reception staff got an attitude problem maybe should think of opening at the weekend for the demand if ya too busy to get ppl in sooner as what's the point booking an app for 3 weeks when ya need seeing this week?
Got son who is I'll for 3 weeks can't get an appointment due to new booking system.This is ridiculous app is deciding whether I need doctor or not!
Absolutly disgusting not everybody can use the Internet and I've ended up with an appointment at Worsborough which I usually go to Gold street not everybody is going to cope with this new book online system 😤
