Called 111 after reading online NHS guidance. iHeart called 10 minutes later and arranged an appointment at Lundwood Priory (Out of Hours) on the same morning. This service is invaluable as my own doctors surgery is open during the weekday, during usual working hours. My symptoms would have persisted for two more days without them. The service and in depth advice from doctors at Lundwood Priory are better than my own!

I rang Iheart this morning and the person who answered my call was true professional listen to me arranged an appointment and I was seen by a lovely doctor within four hours and started treatment immediately a first class service thank you iheart barnsley

Honestly, genuinely, don't bother calling them. Rang and rang, over and over for 20 mins, and somehow "all the operators are busy". They don't have a queuing system. You just have to hang up and try again. Never got through. Ended up just calling 111 instead. Save yourself time and call 111 instead.

What an absolute waste of time, this so called service never answer the phone and do not provide any service except an automated voice telling you to call NHS 111. Save yourself the time and call 111 yourself, this is of course after you have been told by your own GP that this is the solution to them not having any appointments. THIS IS NOT HEALTH CARE What an absolute shambles of a system.

At around on a 21:45 on a Friday I called 111. Spoke to an advisor, who arranged for a doctor to call me back. Sure enough at 00:15 I had a call and spoke at length with the doctor. He requested some photos which I sent and he called me back with 5 mins. I now have an emergency appt to see a doctor Saturday morning. Fantastic service!
