Very smooth, process - view property, put down a deposit, like the good ol' days (2021). none of this 'well, apply and see what happens that seems to be more common nowadays. I knew moving further north was the way to go😁😁😁 Yorkshire broadband, Yorkshire house .... gonna get me some Yorkshire tea ☕🫖
This agency never return the deposit back for making reasons. My two other neighbours moved out before me and they did not get anything back. Absolutely not recommended this agency
Absolutely nasty letting agent. If you enjoy Andrea NEVER repairing anything that’s broken in the property such as leaking kitchen sink, blocked shower, doors, windows etc. And being threatened by eviction notice because you want things repaired…she is the agent for you!!! Oh, and when your boiler breaks in winter and you have no heating and hot water….she will still NOT respond. Andrea is rude and discriminating.
