William H Brown is an excellent & fantastic company to do business with either buying or selling a house. Equally important, a Lady called Layla Begg was awesome and phenomenal for she made a very stressful Mortgage move very smoothly. She kept me upto date from day 1 (one) all the way to the day of getting the house keys, and as I am not the best with technology she helped me a lot by being so flexible in our dealings. She executed her office duties in a professional and competent way, she was always replying to my emails promptly. Excellent service from Layla Begg and William H Brown. I will definitely use them again and I strongly recommend them.

We recently bought our house through William h brown and had the pleasure of Donna as our mortgage advisor and Layla looking after us while the sale went through. We didnt have a straight forward experience and was a very lengthy process through no fault of WHB at all, however Layla was very very helpful throughout, always kept us updated, chased things up when needed and very approachable via phone or email and always got back to us. This is the most unserious company I have ever encountered in England, people, make sure you don't have any dealings with them. We applied for a property they offered, we were overbidding with prices, in the end everything was fine, we were supposedly approved, we started preparing the documents for the deal, they call us and say there is another candidate with you, the deal is falling through. Avoid this agency if you don't want to waste your time.

Today completed on my property, Jo who dealt with the purchased from start to finish he’s been amazing,helpful is a not a word how much he helped to make the process quick and good and looking for my next house and I would never trusted anyone else apart Jo with my next house!
