This app is very hard to use. I cannot work out how to add a credit cars. it has defaulted to pre-payment. Now the money I put on has been used up I cannot work out how to add money. It also makes you press and hold the button to start the charge. Would be so much easier if it could just be tapped.

Charged the car in good time and v easy to use but charged me almost £50. Most chargers I have used are almost 50% less. Wholesale thievery. Avoid these chargers unless you have money to throw away.

Every time I've used this charging station, my car has ended up being locked to the charger. There's no emergency release and nothing customer services can do to help other than tell you to wait while the charger evicts you. If you're in a rush and just need some charge quickly, I'd opt for the fast charger in nearby Morrisons. That's a far less frustrating experience...

Twice I tried to charge my car. 1st time disconnected after 8mins 2nd time disconnected after 5mins. I changed chargers and eventually charged my vehicle

I put money on app but couldn't charge car.We rung the help line and they did it remotely for us.The man on the phone was very helpful and got us sorted.
